This project involved the renovation of an existing square front villa. The property was unique as there was a large legally established outbuilding located at the rear of the site.
A new lean to was added to the rear of the villa and the result was a three bedroom, 2 bathroom house based around a courtyard. The restored outbuilding become an ideal pool house or separate guest wing.
