Wallace Street: A grand two-storey villa located on a large corner site. The project involved a subdivision of the site and a complete restoration of the original villa. A detached double garage, pool, verandah and outdoor entertaining areas were added. Waimea Lane:This project involved a large addition and renovation to an existing 1950’s house located alongside a reserve. Basement level garaging was added with open plan living above. The result was a substantial four bedroom family home with pool which enjoys a pleasant aspect to the north and adjacent park.
