The site originally had a small square front villa with a 1980’s addition and detached carport in the back yard. The brief was to retain the existing villa and demolish the previous additions and carport. This then provided space for a new two-storey addition at the rear of the villa. The result is now a substantial family home with two living areas, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, upstairs master suite, and excellent connection to the new lawn and outdoor living areas.
